Counter Notification – Material Restoration

If you receive a takedown notice for material due to copyright infringement, you can issue a counter notification to reinstate the material on the site. The counter notification must include:

1. Your signature;
2. Description of the removed material and its original location;
3. A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed due to error or misidentification;
4. Your contact information, consent to jurisdiction, and acceptance of service.

Repeat Infringer Policy
